At HMC Polymers, new initiatives and upgrades are a regular part of our business operations.

Along with the recent opening of the PDH plant, extensive renovations to the PP plant and offices, and new materials coming on-stream; we are pleased to welcome visitors to this functional new corporate website created to communicate developments at our company across all levels. We are excited about the direction HMC is taking and hope our customers and stakeholders will be also.

The key objective of the new HMC website is to provide a clear information resource that offers comprehensive corporate and product information to visitors on a platform that is intuitive to navigate and search.

Product Search

Along with corporate information, our production, technology and HSE programs and reporting, the HMC website offers a complete Applications and Products section enabling visitors to search a multifunctional product database in several different ways:

By Application

Products applicable to key Application groupings are divided into categories and automatically selected to allow quick comparison and short listing by the user.

By Product List

All products available from HMC Polymers are able to be viewed in one comprehensive list segmented into the essential PP product types: Homopolymers (Homo), Heterophasic Copolymers (HECO), and Random Copolymers (RACO).

Initially, all product type listings are ranked by Melt Flow (MFR) but the user can filter and reduce the selection by activating the pulldown criteria menus: PP Type, MFR range and Application selection.

On all pages showing product lists or groupings, transition to individual Product Data sheets (PDS) or Material Safety Data sheets (MSDS) for any product is only a click away.

Also, we have offered a streamlined selection of contact links from which to seek answers or request direct contact from the knowledgable HMC associates.

By Site Search

The data-base also responds to site search by entering product name, brand or other pertinent information applicable to the product required.

eINVOICE

Also included, the popular e.Invoice facility is incorporated into the new website allowing HMC customers to access and view their order information such as invoices and deliveries at any time.

The eINVOICE system offers a user friendly payment channel with lower costs than a regular fund transfer.

• e-Payment: Allows customers to transfer their payment by using direct debit from their bank account.
• e-Finance: The HMC Polymers bank provides a finance facility to customers enabling them to purchase materials from HMC Polymers. There are special terms and conditions provided which are subject to customers receiving credit approval.

HMC Connect email newsletter

The regular HMC Connect newsletter is also undergoing changes which will make this information source more useful to our customers and stakeholders.

Along with a readable visual style, the newsletter will direct the reader to linked pages on our website for easy printing and bookmarking for future reference.
