On Thursday, October 29, 2020, HMC Polymers was pleased to welcome online attendees to its Online Technical Seminar entitled “The Power of Innovation – Moving Ahead in time of New Challenges”.

Via the Webinar system, about 200 interested brand-owners, industry traders and key converters attended online. The technical seminar was focused on the Plastics Packaging Industry, including; how consumer behaviour has changed following the COVID-19 crisis; and how entrepreneurs, particularly plastic convertors, can be prepared for new challenges and rapid change in global markets.

HMC Polymers was honoured to welcome distinguished guest speakers from the trend-setting brand-owner Proctor & Gamble, plastics process machine makers and an additive supplier. HMC offered a resin producer's perspective in the panel discussion. The keynote speech, The Next Normal for the Packaging Industry, was given by McKinsey and Company.
