In 2020 Q4, HMC commenced our first-time issuance of Thai Baht unsubordinated and unsecured debentures totalling 5,000 MTHB.

We now wish to advise interested parties that on November 12, 2020 the bond allocation was fully sold and is no longer available. The proceeds of the debentures will be used to refinance existing bank loans and for working capital.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all investors for their overwhelming interest in HMC debentures and confidence in our ability as the Polypropylene Expert with a heritage of success spanning over 37 years.

Although we are recognised as a non-listed company and new to bond issuance, the bond was fully sold with a 2-time oversubscription of over 10,000 MTHB versus the original issue size of 5,000 MTHB during this challenging economic climate.

This result was very gratifying and a positive indication of investor confidence in our operational excellence, robust financial performance and the fact they are looking forward to a continued future of growth.
