Production
HMC Polymers operates with an annual production capacity of more than 1 million tons of premium-grade polypropylene (PP), supported by four advanced production lines utilizing Spheripol and Spherizone technologies, the latest innovations from LyondellBasell, a global leader in chemicals and one of our principal shareholders.
This positions HMC Polymers as one of the most modern and fully integrated PP producers in Southeast Asia, backed by internationally recognized certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
In addition, HMC Polymers owns and operates a Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) plant, enabling efficient and continuous raw material management. This ensures long-term feedstock security and reinforces the stability and sustainability of our business operations.

Products
We produce and sell PP of specialty and differentiated grades, the quality of which is superior to other PP in general. Our products cater to various applications, thus meeting customers’ and consumers’ needs. We pay full attention to product and packaging development to support manufacture of healthcare applications such as saline bottles and syringes.
Our PP products are marketed under the ‘Moplen’ brand, which covers Homopolymer, Heterophasic Copolymer, and Random Copolymer grades as well as PP of specialty grades, including Adstif, Clyrell, Adsyl, Purell, and Hostalen PP.
Logistics
HMC Polymers provides integrated logistical services for exports to various overseas destinations in Asia and around the world. Our services facilitate product shipment from Laem Chabang Port in Chon Buri, a world-class commercial port located near our plants that also handles deepsea vessels.
We arrange for storage and delivery of PP using modern methods while offering various types of packaging, including the 25-kg bag (with or without pallets) and the jumbo bag, for loading onto land freight containers or large trucks as well as onto sea freight containers.
