To materialise HMC Polymers’ core values, all employees must do their best to uphold the standard of ethics and integrity, which includes lawful actions and ethical business dealings. We all need to create awareness of possible violations or concerns and take actions as suggested in the Code of Conduct.

HMC Polymers encourages all employees to raise their concerns or questions to either:

  • Their immediate supervisors
  • Human Resources
  • Legal and Company Secretary
  • Internal Audit

In addition, HMC Polymers has launched Ethics Channel, in which all stakeholders either within and outside can choose to report anonymously via website and email

  • Matters within the scope of HMC Polymers Whistleblowing Policy or clear evidence will be acted on
  • HMC Polymers will contact the identified complainant to request any additional information
  • The complainant maintains the right not to disclose identity
  • The complainant's identity and relevant information will be kept strictly confidential
  • The person overseeing steps in the process is fully independent, ensuring accountability and integrity to the investigation
