Rally Boosts Teamwork
HMC encourages a culture of collaboration and teamwork across all of its business activities to ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our customers. Part of that awareness is to ensure that we have a true understanding of our customer's needs and promote good working relationships. With that in mind, HMC recently combined with 90 customers for a Rally.
Based on a Cowboy Treasure Hunt theme, our customer participants from 30 different companies joined in the rally which was held in two parts. Firstly as a car rally and also with a walking rally section. Both parts required each participant to play structured games as part of a team (by car or walking), find the answers to a special quiz, and gather information to proceed to the next checkpoints.
The car rally traveled from Bangkok and went along Phahonyothin Road (Thailand Route 1), Mittraphap Road (Thailand Route 2) to Khao Yai in Nakhon Ratchasima Province in Thailand. The walking part of the rally was held at the unique Bonanza Exotic Zoo in Khao Yai which contains many rare and interesting animals.
In the evening party, HMC and customers with Cowboy Dress theme enjoyed fun games and photo shooting.
For both HMC and our customers, this was an ideal way to collaborate on problem solving in a team environment and at the same time get to know each other in a fun setting. Thanks to all of our customers who participated. For us it was something new and enjoyable.
