HMC Polymers Upholds the Kathin Ceremony Tradition for 2025

On October 10, 2025, HMC Polymers Company Limited (HMC Polymers) held its annual Kathin ceremony at Wat Chontharam (Payoon) in Ban Chang, Rayong. Mr. Vasun Subanake, Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Operational Excellence, presided over the event, joined by Mr. Niran Prachyakun, Mayor of Ban Chang Subdistrict, Director of Ban Payoon School, HMC Polymers executives and employees, teachers, students, and local residents. The atmosphere was warm and full of faith.

The purpose of the event was to support and preserve Buddhism. The total donation collected from devoted participants amounted to 800,015 baht, which will be used to renovate and repaint the crematorium at Wat Chontharam.

On October 9, 2025, company executives, volunteers, and locals participated in the “Temple Volunteer Development” activity, which involved cleaning areas such as the sermon hall, ordination hall surroundings, tents, food service facilities, and the operations center. That evening, a Buddhist chanting and celebratory performance, accompanied by traditional folk dances, united the community.
