Low reject rates, efficient recyclability and rapid cycle times all contribute to manufacturing process cost efficiency.
Food processing operations appreciate the fact that HP748H is hot fillable, microwavable and has low odour and fast transfer. Also, the added stiffness of Moplen HP748H offers superior stackability and lower rejects under shipping load for palletised food products.
Likewise at retail, HP748H offers benefits over previous grades. In-store packaging must show the contained product to the best advantage and HP748H offers superior optical appearance with high levels of clarity and gloss.
Also, the excellent stiffness/impact balance provides end-users at retail with a welcome reduction of breakages.
