Moplen EP229R is a polymer which has been specifically designed to deliver processing and end-use improvements to today’s high-tech raffia products.
High performing woven raffia bags require a coating layer in order to prevent leakage and contain product contents. In addition, coating layers improve fabric strength characteristics thereby reducing bag breakage during loaded drops and also help to ensure bag shape stability through surface bonding of the raffia weave.
The Moplen EP229R PP HECO grade for raffia coating and lamination is applicable for use in small woven raffia bags, PP woven canvas and can also be used effectively for jumbo bags when customers require extra stiffness capabilities.
