HMC Polymers is constantly reviewing our customer service package to improve the overall customer experience. For our current customers we are pleased to announce a forthcoming opportunity to take advantage of the HMC SmartOrder Phase III Enhancement incorporating a new design and look of the Graphical User Interface.
The tracking records including Delivery Order and Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents can be obtained and printed immediately from the system following the signing of the goods receipt on the Transporter’s mobile device.
SmartOrder is an easy to use online ordering system that is accessed through the HMC Polymers' website via PCs, tablets and smartphones. The system provides "Smart" features such as Create, Search, Print and Save functionalities that help to make your HMC order easy to initiate and track – it's that simple!
