The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support Recruitment Activities – Sourcing, interview arrangements, interviews and on-boarding activities.
  • Plan and execute on-boarding programs to enable new employees to rapidly reach productivity levels.
  • Participate in the development of the training budget as required and manage budget in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct competency assessments and compile training needs analysis.
  • Establish training guidelines to enable managers and employees to understand expectations and targets.
  • Identify employee training needs and development plans across the company; design annual training programs, supervise the execution and monitoring of training effectiveness per business strategies.
  • Identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Provide people analytics in development related areas.
  • Develop talent management and workforce retention programs.
  • Drive people development activities, employee engagement and leadership development programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in the related field.
  • Possess 7-year experience in human resources training and development or organization development function with proven track record of implementing programs based on business strategy.
  • Logical and systematic thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and pro-active working style.
  • Eager to learn and work within teams.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Results and service oriented and able to work to deadlines.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Ms Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • TOEIC score: 550
