This project is a collaborative effort with the Border Patrol Police Bureau Division 1, to directly benefit students and staff of the school as well as people in nearby neighborhoods to provide the storage and supply of hygienic drinking water reserves for use in times of shortage.

Clean water and sanitation are essential elements for the quality of life and environmental sustainability.

HMC has made a commitment to monitor the quality of the project on an ongoing 3 monthly basis by collecting water samples for purity testing ensuring confidence of the system by the potential users.
