Allowances, Subsidies and Transportation Support
Bangkok Base
  • Monthly transportation subsidy:
    HMC subsidizes monthly transportation for BKK employees who are not entitled to company car benefits.

Map Ta Phut Base
  • Location allowance, housing allowance and upcountry allowance:
    HMC employees whose working bases are located in Map Ta Phut will receive varied allowances as a support for cost of living.
  • Company commuting vehicle:
    For HMC employees whose working bases are located in Map Ta Phut, the company will provide transportation to and from HMC sites.

Health and Protection
Group health insurance
HMC is not only concerned with employee health, but also extends benefits to the families of employees. Group health insurance also covers employees’ dependents, with benefits including in/out patient and dental treatment.

Group life insurance and Group accident insurance
Due to company wide safety procedures and initiatives, HMC employees work in an environment focused on safety.  Applicable life and accident insurance coverage is also active on personal trips and out-of-office hours.
