HMC Polymers recently organized and hosted its first seminar specifically directed towards businesses manufacturing with the Thermoform process. The event, attended by 40 HMC customers from the Thermoform industry, was held on Wednesday, September 4th at the Conservatory Room, House On Sathorn, W Hotel and was entitled "Towards Thermoform 4.0."

The objective of the seminar was to discuss, alert and prepare managers in the Thermoform industry to the changing trends in plastics manufacturing and consumption, especially when applied to packaging and products manufactured with this versatile process.

Expert speakers at the seminar included: K. Nantavat Prompoon, Plastics institute of Thailand; Asst. Prof. Dr. Rungsima Yeetsorn and Asst. Prof. Dr. Lida Simastitkul from King Mongut’s University of Technology, North Bangkok; and Kessaraporn Trongtorsak, HMC PP Solutions Department Manager.
