New Communication Channel


As part of HMC's commitment toward outstanding customer orientation the company has launched an experimental customer communication channel called HMC Line@. Initially with invited customers via a LINE-based application, the channel will communicate up-to-date information including HMC new products, economy, business, and market reviews.

HMC Line@ is designed to be informative and intuitive – offering a high level of user-friendliness. As this project is currently in an experimental phase, HMC will evaluate it to be certain that the approach is useful for our valued customers, and also an effective communication tool for HMC. For those customers who have been contacted by HMC and have adopted HMC Line@, we would very much like to hear from you if you may have any questions, feedback or comments.
