HMC Polymers is proud of its close relationship with its local communities and key stakeholders. The company has a history of support for local charitable and environmental initiatives through partnerships with local community groups and supports local colleges through internships, scholarships, and volunteer support.

One of HMC's most satisfying and long-standing relationships is with the Habitat for Humanity organisation.

On July 23, 2019 at the HMC Bangkok headquarters, HMC President Khun Martyn Tickner, handed a corporate donation of TB 250,000 to Khun Timothy Loke, CEO of Habitat for Humanity, Thailand for a new house building project. This year the house-building project with labour provided by HMC employees will take place on 24-25 August 2019 at Khun Suriyon’s house in Banchang, Rayong.

The relationship with Habitat for Humanity for the house building sponsorship program has continued since 2005 until now. HMC has been pleased to sponsor this project initiative by building and renovating over 20 houses for needy families in the nearby communities. We sincerely thank our dedicated employees who have donated their time, skill and considerable effort in support of this worthwhile community outreach. It has made a difference for people in our locality.

Established in 1998, Habitat for Humanity Thailand improves the quality of Thai people’s lives through building homes and transforming communities. HFH Thailand works with like-minded partners, focusing on holistic development and sustainable change to achieve a positive and lasting impact. By providing decent homes, HFH Thailand boosts a family’s economic and educational opportunities, improves health and social integration.
