HMC Service Excellence for Customer Satisfaction

To strengthen our commitment to provide customers with best quality service and to emphasize ourselves as a ‘customer oriented’ organization, on 22 July 2009,

34 HMC Polymers front line and backup staff attended exclusive workshop – “HMC Service Excellence”. The workshop was a part of HMC Polymers’ customer satisfaction program and aimed to captivate the core value of HMC Polymers on the importance of how to treat customers in a right way. The workshop was conducted by one of the most knowledgeable instructors in service business, Arjarn Poosaming Korngkerd.
