In order to achieve our mission, the leader in Polypropylene Production and Marketing in Southeast Asia, we at HMC Polymers aim to develop core competencies of all staff.  These competencies play important keys to drive staff's performances achieving corporate objectives. HMC Polymers organized five groups of workshop titled "Core Competency Workshop" for all staff.  The 2-day workshop for each group held at Horseshoe Point Resort in Chonburi during 20-30 April 2008.   The workshop content focused on EQ and A C T - Achievement
